Responsibilities:


  • Below is a snippet of some of the main duties you will have:
  • Handling Complex investment orders for Italy and backup within South Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland)
  • Review of customer terms and conditions and ensuring terms are correctly flagged in SAP
  • Process of invoice complains and returns by using approved systems
  • Liaise with Credit Control concerning new account details and/or credit queries
  • Arrange couriers and freight forwarders for the shipment and return of goods
  • Prepare various reports including month closing tasks
  • Participate in global and local projects and training
  • Handle customer calls efficiently and professionally

Essential Requirement:

Qualifications:

  • To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Fluent in both Italian and English languages
  • Experience as an excellent administrator with strong customer focus.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of Office 36
  • Have good Communication skills enabling effective communication within and across the function and team
  • SAP experience would be an advantage.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Good collaboration and team working skills
