About Aethos Milan**Located in the popular Navigli district, Aethos Milan is part boutique hotel, part soulful culinary destination. Our 32 refreshingly hip rooms and suites invite guests to experience Italy's most vibrant city in a space as warm as a second home.

ZAÏA is a new experience for Milan, a restaurant that draws its influences from diversified Mediterranean cuisines. An addition to the city's expansive restaurant landscape rather than a new competitor. We take our guests on a journey, always friendly and never distant in all our F&B outlets. Overview:

Aethos is looking for a Pizza Chef to join our dynamic culinary team.

This role is designed for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and contribute to the creation of delicious pizzas while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

Pizza Preparation:

Prepare and portion pizza dough, ensuring consistency in size and quality.
Create a variety of pizza sauces, taking into consideration the balance of flavors and customer preferences.
Arrange and layer toppings with precision and attention to detail.

- **Oven Management**:

Operate pizza ovens and other equipment efficiently.
Monitor oven temperatures and adjust settings as needed to achieve the desired crust texture.
Ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection and adhere to established quality standards.

- **Quality Control**:

Uphold high standards of food quality and presentation.
Conduct regular checks on ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a consistent menu and address customer feedback.

- **Cleanliness and Organization**:

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Dispose of waste properly and assist in general kitchen cleaning duties.

- **Team Collaboration**:

Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate the timely preparation of orders.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow.

Core Competencies:

Experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a kitchen environment.
Knowledge of pizzamaking techniques, dough preparation, and baking.
Familiarity with various pizza styles and toppings.
Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and adaptable to a fastpaced environment.
Detailoriented with a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
