    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the definition of long-term strategic plans by gathering and analyzing market data, industry trends, and internal performance metrics.
    • Assist in defining and monitoring short-term KPIs aligned with the Strategic Plan, helping coordinate input at cross-functional level and track progress toward Organizational goals.
    • Coordinate strategic projects, including preparing project materials and collecting key insights through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    • Evaluate the attractiveness and strategic fit of business development opportunities, including market assessment, business case definition, and financial evaluation of potential partnerships, M&A, and licensing deals.
    • Prepare presentations and reports for Top Management and key stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field.
    • Fluency in English - written and spoken.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
