Are you our new Warranty Specialist?
We are always open to meet bright Graduates like you to join our Technical Department. As part of MSX Talents Acquisition Program, we look with interest at young degree students eager to get in the world of consultancy services for the automotive industry

How will your job look like

You will work in direct contact with our Automotive client, providing support to the primary and secondary network in relation to issues of warranty and management of the return of spare parts under warranty to the parent company.

Your main tasks will be:

Managing support requests for warranty repairs from primary and secondary network
Consulting all internal documentation in accordance with data handling rules to provide necessary support to the primary and secondary network;
Updating and producing documentation in form of etracker reporting or chargeback reporting while handling requests
Enforcing procedures required by the National Sales Company Warranty policies

Who are you?

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results.

Our ideal Warranty Specialist has an Engineering Bachelor's degree in technical fields (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive, etc.)

or administration fields, as well as:

Computer literacy, especially MS Office
Italian native speaker level and good level of English
Previous experience in Warranty departments and/or in car or agriculture dealerships will be a great plus

Working pattern

Monday-Friday
40 hours per week
The work location is based at client offices in Milan.
