For a 5* luxury hotel in Umbria (near Perugia), we are looking for a RESERVATIONS MANAGER Reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with Sales & Marketing Department, he/she will be responsible for all the reservations strategies, procedures and operations

Main Duties:
Identifies new reservations sales business to achieve personal and property revenue goals. Closes the best opportunities for the property based on market conditions and property needs. Monitors same day selling procedures to maximize room revenue and control property occupancy. Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts. Supports customer loyalty and property's brand standards bydelivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. Monitors reservations sales agents while on phone calls. Utilizes all available on the job training tools for employees. Coaches and trains team's member to maximize their performances.

Job Requirements:
Previous experience as Reservations Manager or Assistant Reservations Manager in 5* luxury hotels Team leader Strong analytical and numeric skills Excellent organizational and planning skills Strong sense of need for achievement of goals and success English and Italian fluent Location:
