- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic planning, pipeline development, and effective execution.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across direct and indirect channels.
- Personally manage key customer relationships and develop a strong KOL network.
- Develop & implement a GTM strategy including distributors & sales agents.
- Oversee the Italian & Iberia tender management function, ensuring efficient, compliant execution of all public procurement activities across Southern Europe.
- Provide strategic direction and coaching to the Tender administrator, ensuring high‑quality tender submissions aligned with commercial priorities and revenue targets.
- Partner cross‑functionally with commercial, legal, finance, and supply chain teams to remove obstacles, optimise bid strategies, and drive successful tender outcomes.
- Monitor regional tender pipelines, evaluate risks and opportunities, and present insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and regional dynamics to inform strategy.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates, including forecasting and reporting.
- Comply with all Health & Safety regulations, the UK Bribery Act, and internal Quality Systems.

- Familiarity with public procurement and tendering processes in the region.

- Degree in Biological Sciences or a related field.

Description of role:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Southern European Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial operations across the region. This high-impact role is ideal for a self-starter with a hunter mentality who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering value to customers. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to closing deals and managing long-term client relationships.
This role also includes the recruitment & oversight of a tender administrator, coordinating public procurement and tendering activities across Italy & Iberia.
