Job summary
Be a big part of managing our new F&B experience, which is in the process of being upgraded.
Ensure all resources are available to staff to enable them to perform their tasks in a proper and timely manner
Bring forward innovations and improvements in (amongst else, but not exclusively) menu design, restaurant set-up, team organisation etc.
Scheduling of staff according to business and staff needs – including review and approval/denial of leave requests
Responsible for proper Performance Management of all restaurant staff – including goal setting mid-year & year-end review conversations
