On behalf of Greentalent (part of Aegis group) our line specialized in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market, we are looking for an:

Recruitment Consultant Greentalent's main characteristic is its deep vertical knowledge within the energy sectors and its willingness to become a strategic partner for both national and international clients and professionals, by building long-term relationships.

We are ambitious, so we have ambitious plans.

We managed to become one of the major player in Italy for search and selection of middle manager within the energy industry.

Now we want to replicate our success abroad.

We are seeking a young, ambitious and passionate International Business Developer to join our team, to further develop the European business in the energy ecosystem (energy, renewable energies, energy efficiency, grid technologies and management consulting).

You will be based in Milan and London Main Responsibilities:

A minimum of 3 years as a business developer within the recruitment/consulting domain; Background within the energy & utilities recruitment sector, with a well
- established network of professional relationships within the market (Nice to have); Bachelor Degree is essential (preferably in Humanities or Human Sciences); Must have strong verbal and written communications skills; Display a high ability to interact with people at all levels, generating trust with clients by understanding their requirements; Demonstrate an efficient, well-organized work approach and be able to manage different projects within tight deadlines; Languages:
English (mandatory), Italian (would be a great plus)
