    Descrizione

    Project Control Manager leads the project control team and coordinates overall project control activities of any size/complexity, including Turn Key projects, in full compliance with contractual requirements following company standard methodology, quality requirements, and Project Director/Project Manager instructions.

    Main Activities & Responsibilities

    • To prepare - for its area of responsibility - and collaborate to define overall Project Execution Plan of the project with Project Director/Manager and involved project key personnel, such as Procurement Manager, Construction Manager, and Project Engineer Manager.
    • To monitor Project Execution Plan application throughout entire project life to reach proposed target.
    • To create and maintain, with cooperation of and coordinating Project Control Engineers (cost control, planning, and document control engineers), project control procedures, guidelines, and project control standards of the project.
    • To coordinate finalization and implementation of project WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), involving Project Director/Project Manager and involved project key personnel, such as Project Engineering Manager, Project Procurement Manager, Site Manager, and Commissioning Manager, so guaranteeing overall consistency and feasibility of WBS in accordance with contractual requirements.
    • To be fully proficient and autonomous in use and coordination amongst Project Control Engineers of all necessary company tools, such as Primavera P6, Project Objects, SAP, Milemate, Primavera Schedule Risk Analysis, Acumen Fuse, TPMS, etc.
    • To support preparation of Hand-over package with Project Contract Manager and Proposal Manager and to coordinate and initiate together with Project Director/Project Manager
