    The product marketing specialist is responsible for coordinating the business and operational marketing aimed at promote innovative tech and digital solutions and the management of the entire life cycle of existing solutions, defining and implementing a dedicated product and operational marketing plan.

    It will have to integrate, according to a single strategic objective, the various company functions maximizing the value of the offer in harmony with the needs of the market
    The Product Marketing Specialist reports directly to the Head of marketing and communications and contributes to the strategic plan of the country defined by the General Management
    Main Responsibilities

    Research and development:
    monitoring of digital and tech trends Support the Business lines in the definition and implementation of new value offers Development and implementation of business marketing and go-to-market actions in coordination with the other company Business Units and in line with the general Marketing Communication plan:
    Support to the sales force: sales enablement, creation of marketing materials and sales tools Demand generation: definition and implementation of operational marketing and marketing communication activities for the launch, promotion and sale of solutions (lead generation events, Digital and traditional campaigns, product communication plan, co-marketing actions with strategic partners, definition of target campaigns) Management of business marketing activities coordinated by the Headquarters (proposal of Italian initiatives to the Group, adaptation of Group initiatives to the Italian market) Analysis of sales trends and marketing campaigns aimed at optimizing positioning and characteristics of offers Our ideal candidate has the following requirements
    Bachelor's, PhD, master's degree in: Economics, Marketing Minimum 3/4 years of experience in Product and Operational Marketing in highly dynamic and innovation-oriented realities Broad culture in

    Digital Innovation:
    knowledge of digital technologies and processes that are transforming the lives of people and organizations Knowledge of the Banking, Insurance, Retail, Fashion industries Knowledge of digital marketing principals and techniques Good knowledge of written and spoken English (mandatory) Ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels, analytical skills, conceptual and strategic creativity Leadership skills, proactivity, problem-solving Propensity to conceive original solutions, breaking the mold, moving away from conventionality with motivation, enthusiasm, commitment If you see yourself in the profile described, apply and we will make room for your talent
