  • JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Main mission of the department is to help creating a store experience that reflects at its best the communication strategy of the brand.
  • The RISC department oversees and coordinates the retail in store creative adaptation process for all marketing campaigns.
  • This applies to all retail banners centrally managed: Salmoiraghi&Viganò, Sunglass Hut, Ray-Ban Stores, Oakley Stores, Lens Crafters, GrandVision Group and others.
  • As expert of the in-store channel the department provides creative team/agencies with the key insights to develop an elevated in store experience.
  • The function supports:
  • Marketing and Creative Agencies in scheduling the requested activities, checking the status, intercepting alerts, driving workload depending on priorities and urgencies, selecting the most effective creative solution, respecting the planned golive dates.
  • VM local teams with guidance, guidelines, and drawings to execute the campaigns.
  • Moreover:
  • oversee production and installation of all seasonal campaigns for top/premium doors.
- provide the Tools development team with the necessary info to design in respect of VM strategy and in-store communication guidelines.
- keep under control consistency, complexity, and variation of the graphics assets within the store.
- analyze data, collect feedback from the markets to improve the efficacy of the communication in store.

  • THE ROLE: LENS CRAFTERS IN-STORE COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST
  • He/She will be responsible for leading the full deployment of global instore communication strategies and brand/equity campaigns about LensCrafters network worldwide.
  • Primary responsibilities include developing new creative in store communication campaigns and materials, aimed to support seasonal campaigns and new product launches at POS, ensuring alignment with brands' tone of voice and visual identity guidelines. Leading external and internal creative teams to secure a qualitative execution of global campaigns by meeting local needs and liaising with local Visual Merchandising team.
  • Builds solid relationship with LensCrafters global communication/brand team, ensuring a proficient delivery the brand identity and strategy at store level.
  • AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
  • Delivering the annual in store communication plan and activity calendar across all touch points in collaboration with global and local teams, such as: content, brand, space management, and business management team.
  • Setting up the whole process from project kick off and creative development, throughout prototyping approval, to the final execution and in store delivery and setup.
  • Mastering the project timeline and securing on time delivery of each scheduled tools/tasks.
  • Developing bespoke seasonal solutions/projects to top doors worldwide, by approving prototypes and overseeing the whole process and local execution until last mile.
  • Setting up VM global guidelines in full cooperation with internal stakeholders (eg Retail Space Management Team, Content Team, etc) to secure a qualitative and compliant local execution;
  • Accountable to the assigned instore communication budget, making sure marketing spends are on budget, ensuring accurate reporting.
