Summary
Is responsible for the storage, distribution, inventory management and records maintenance of items in a warehouse.

Is responsible for managing the whole supply chain process, from incoming inspection of purchase orders, handling vendor orders and interactions, delivery of complete orders to customers.

Individuals in this role should be extremely detail oriented and possess basic math skills. It be required to operate a forklift or other warehouse machinery.

Ensure the receipt and storage of property, reserve space allocation for property and items, and management of specialized storage requirements.

It requires the physical upkeep of the stockroom by ensuring that labels for property are posted and that property is stored in the correct location.

Ensure that all receipts are processed in a timely manner and checking all packages for quality assurance.

Managing inventory, collecting information on items that are in stock, properly identifying items and correcting discrepancies concerning items related to their quantity, nomenclature, item identification and part numbers.

It is the responsibility of the logistics specialist to perform the inventory by physically counting and verifying items in the stockroom.

Compliance with the relevant national and international legal bases applicable to the area of responsibility as well as the standards for medical devices to be applied to the area of responsibility.

Ensuring the quality of the area. Evaluate information on quality-relevant data and develop and implement concepts for quality improvement as well as further develop existing procedures, methods and systems

Carry out incoming goods work
Perform permanent inventory
Organization of disposal
Process return goods
Picking goods and organizing cooperation processing
Recognition and forwarding of optimization potentials in your own working environment
Ensuring, implementing and optimizing logístical production processes
It is responsible for the checks during the receipt of goods and registration of NCs in collaboration with the PQE
Manages the shipment and delivery of goods
Implement the QMS in the area of responsibility

What you'll bring

High school diploma and basic knowledge of data entry
At least 2+ years of experience in similar roles
Speaking and writing fluently in Italian is essential
Good knowledge of English
Problemsolving techniques including root cause analysis and cause and effect analysis. Statistical techniques and methods
Strong team player to drive constantly quality improvement in a constructive manner
