    What you'd be doing in this role As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun.

    So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

    At the moment, this role is focused on:

    Product positioning & messaging - You'll collaborate with Product, Sales & Marketing teams to help create and test the positioning & messaging for your portfolios.

    GTM - You'll own the end-to-end GTM of new product launching, taking products from alpha through to general launch for your key audiences.

    Product adoption & awareness - Working closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure our products are highly discoverable and optimized to drive ongoing adoption and engagement.

    Customer research - You'll be the expert in connecting and understanding your core customers.

    You'll be someone who regularly connects with users, conducts research and testing and feeds the insights back to the product and marketing teams.

    Market & competitive research - You'll act as the competitive expert for the competitors relevant to your key products and audiences.

    You'll conduct product teardowns, marketing analysis and market sizing, looking for key market opportunities for Canva. Cross-functional champion - You'll be the person that helps connect the dots between product, marketing and sales.

    You'll have superb stakeholder management and be a world class communicator to ensure everyone knows what's launching, when and how it impacts them.

    Sales enablement - You'll be a key touchpoint for the sales team, educating them on your portfolio and ensuring they have collateral to support their sales journey.

    You're probably a match if You possess over 6+ years of B2B Enterprise SaaS product marketing experience. You have direct experience working in education or with education audiences. Your exceptional communication skills empower all stakeholders to support your product strategies. You are able to build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders from product, marketing, sales, strategy, and research.

    You possess the ability to identify and forecast potential business problems/opportunities and identify appropriate ways to rectify/seize the opportunities and prioritize resources.

    You have experience running complex cross-functional strategies and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You demonstrate strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, aligning marketing strategies with organizational goals.

    The target salary range for this position is $149,000 - $230,000 . When calculating offers, we make salary decisions based on market data and candidates' skills and experience.
