The candidate will have to provide technical support in order to characterize the main dynamic parameters of new products in development, in particular new modules which, combining the innovative features of the package and the enormous potential of Wide-band-gap materials, could allow to enlarge the power modules portfolio.

Provide technical support and assistance, in co-operation with the applicationdevelopment collegues, for Customers developing systems with PM and IPM devices.

To develop system and board to simulate and test the stresses that the devices are submitted in the applications.
To promote the ST solutions, developing promotional material and technicaldocumentation.


Profile Desired Competencies are:
Bench Characterization Know-how, LaboratoryInstruments Usage, System architecture evolution awareness, Analog/Digital Circuit Knowhow, Power Electronics, Analog Electronics
