PURCHASING MANAGER
Il profilo, coordinando un team di lavoro, gestirà l'intero processo di acquisto e avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
- Individuazione, valutazione e selezione dei potenziali fornitori, italiani ed esteri, per la casa madre e le filiali;
- Monitoraggio del mercato per identificare tendenze, opportunità di risparmio e nuovi fornitori, anche attraverso la partecipazione a fiere di settore;
- Conduzione delle trattative con i diversi stakeholder;
- Predisposizione degli ordini ai fornitori sia per i materiali che per i servizi;
- Pianificazione degli acquisti e dei livelli delle scorte, nel rispetto dei budget di approvvigionamento stabiliti con la Direzione;
- Gestione delle anagrafiche dei fornitori e della documentazione relativa a ordini, contratti e transazioni;
- Collaborazione con i reparti interessati per pianificare gli acquisti in modo efficace.
Le candidature che desideriamo incontrare presentano le seguenti caratteristiche professionali:
- Minimo 4 anni di esperienza nel ruolo maturata in contesti produttivo-manifatturieri;
- Esperienza in attività di scouting nuovi fornitori e gestione trattative complesse;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Completeranno il profilo ottime doti di negoziazione, capacità di pianificazione ed organizzazione dei carichi di lavoro, nonché ottime competenze comunicative e di gestione di team.
