    Sirio, a premier global aircraft management company, is looking for an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This position will be based at our offices in Bologna Marconi Airport.

    The Aircraft Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs including airframe structures, engines and aircraft systems. The Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) will make repairs and conduct tests to keep equipment operating efficiently and safely. This position will be based in Bologna as assigned staff, at Marconi Airport.

    Perform all airframe and powerplant repairs and modifications required to meet company and regulatory requirements
    assemble and install of replacement parts and testing aircraft system
    Complete all required maintenance records in an accurate manner to include accurately reporting of times required to accomplish the tasks assigned
    Interpret technical manuals and drawings
    Ensure that required works are carried out in accordance with applicable organizational procedures and maintenance data, ascertaining that there are no non-compliances which are known to endanger flight safety
    Ensure that works are carried out with suitable and efficient equipment, tools and materials
    Issue Certificate of Release to Service following maintenance on aircraft structure, powerplant and mechanical and electrical systems, and on avionics systems.
    Keep his/her competence current according to the qualification and training procedures approved by the Organization
    Must travel off-Bologna base to oversee maintenance performed on the aircraft
    Must be on board the aircraft (escort) in the rare cases when operations are carried out in special locations
    Proven experience directly related aviation experience (corporate aircraft experience preferred)
    Minimum 5 years of work experience as aviation technician
    Good technical English language knowledge
    Flexible, able to work under pressure and motivated
    Willing to travel to work away on short notice periods
    Must possess the legal ability to work in Italy and and have the ability to travel in and out of the UK/EU and US and to all cities/countries where the organization serves.
    Strong working knowledge of Windows and MS Office programs
    Your commitment to precision is essential in ensuring that every task, project, and interaction is executed with utmost accuracy and excellence.

    Contract Type: Permanent, CCNL Transporto Aereo
    Working Hours: Flexible working hours, typically between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
    Work Mode: Hybrid
    Aeroporto Marconi, Bologna.
