Field Service Engineer
Il candidato riporterà al Service Manager ed è responsabile dell'installazione, dell'assistenza e della riparazione degli impianti industriali.
Il candidato selezionato avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
Installazione, collaudo, avviamento dei macchinari e relativa assistenza tecnica (troubleshooting, riparazioni, manutenzioni, calibrazioni e tarature) presso la sede del cliente su base WW;
Attività di training del personale cliente in riferimento ai macchinari installati;
Attività di Technical Service sui sistemi CAD/CAM sia on-site che da remoto;
Attività di supporto al Sales&Marketing presso potenziali Clienti e/o eventi fieristici per la promozione del prodotto e per la definizione delle specifiche tecniche della commessa.
Reporting del servizio
Stabilire un buon rapporto di lavoro con i clienti in tutti i siti e garantire la loro soddisfazione in ogni momento
Il candidato ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
Esperienza in interventi di assistenza tecnica principalmente su macchinari industriali
Diploma Tecnico o Equivalente
Risoluzione dei problemi
Conoscenza dei principi meccanici, elettronici/elettrici e pneumatici
Competenza nell'uso di strumenti di misura meccanici ed elettrici
Disponibile e in grado di viaggiare a livello mondiale (40% circa l anno)
Attitudine al problem solving
Livello inglese elevato (conoscenza di una seconda lingua)
Luogo di lavoro: Fermo, Territorio nazionale e estero Trasferte 40%gg l'anno.
Tipologia contratto: CCNL Met.Ind. Assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato e retribuzione in linea all'esperienza maturata RAL 28k-40k (esclusi straordinari e indennità trasferta) + premi di produzione
