Your Mission
On a regular day as a _Country Leader_ at SaltPay, you will:

• Own and manage sales strategy and operations in Italy;
• Setup and scale Sales Agent network (Hubs), the Telesales teams, Partnership network and Key Account Management team operating across the country;
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base;
• Provide leadership over the sales department, lead the team, and offer professional support and expert advice;
• Work closely with the analytics team in undertaking detailed analyses of sales performance for the purpose of reporting sales strategy opportunities;

Your Story

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and improve every day by taking ownership of their role and responsibilities.

An individual with a strategic and analytical mindset and a vision for the future.

• 5+ years of experience in a Sales Leader role;
• Datadriven analytical mindset;
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
• Team management experience;
• Ownership of your projects and proactivity to find solutions to business problems;
• Passion for new technologies;
