The Chromavis-Fareva Innovation Formula Conceptor will play a key role in shaping the future of make-up by driving technical innovation and translating creative visions into high-performance formulas, textures and technologies with an industrial feasibility focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative make-up formulations ensuring regulatory compliance and product stability
• Create formulas from scratch or using ingredient lists and sensory briefs through agile exploration
• Interpret INCI lists, perform reverse engineering activities, monitor raw material trends, propose technical improvements, test new materials and collaborate with suppliers
• Prepare technical data sheets, reports for project teams and coordinate stability tests to ensure smooth formula transfer
