The Worldwide Business Unit
Global Markets & Technologies (GM&T) open new business frontiers for the Air Liquide Group with a strong expertise in cutting-edge technologies and inspired by disruptive mindsets.

Our Purpose is to develop, shape and incubate significant new markets, sustainable for Air Liquide and for the Society.

With more than 900 employees, the several facilities located in the Grenoble area gather together more than half of GM&T resources within three entities :
advanced Technologies, Biomethane and Industrial solutions.


In the context of the energy transition, Biogas Solutions Europe business has seen double-digit growth for several years in Europe.

This business includes the technologies and solutions that we offer throughout the value chain, from the production of biomethane using our proprietary membrane and Turbo-Brayton technologies, to its ultimate use(in transportation, industry, or for the production of low-carbon hydrogen).

Our European business is currently focused on France, the United Kingdom, Scandinavia (Sweden and Norway), and Italy.

Our growth is driven by the opening of several biomethane production plants and by strong demand from industry and the transportation sector.

And finally, as we have developed our solutions across the biomethane value chain, various projects have emerged as examples of a local circular economy.


Missions & Responsabilités
We now have an exciting new opportunity as Administrative & Purchase Assistant.

You will be part of a very dynamic, fast growing and evolving environment and contribute to its development in acting for a sustainable future.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be in charge of:

  • Identify purchasing needs and track orders
  • Evaluate offers and update internal databases with order details
  • Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
  • Create/insert the purchase orders in the ERP
  • Support the Accounting in the verification of the purchase orders and invoices
  • Manage the requests of change/creation of the suppliers database and creation of their records in the ERP;
  • Support the CFO in the monthly monitoring and accounting monthly closing etc.

Profil et compétences
You have an economical academic background (Licence / Laurea triennale in Economy/Purchase/Accounting ) and very good knowledge of english.

You have experience in a similar role ( 3 years) and knowledge of accounting & Purchase / Procurment fields.


You have good communication, a high level of empathy and integrity, be naturally intuitive minded with an aptitude for learning.

You are highly organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines within a fast moving environment.

Ideally you already have some knowledge of google drive and be proficient with Google suite
