    Job Description

    BRAVO SAVINGS NETWORK is a leading online voucher code group in Italy, operating in 18 countries and headquartered in Florence and Los Angeles.

    We are committed to developing a user-friendly platform using cutting-edge marketing techniques. Our team comprises experienced professionals with expertise in offer strategies and user involvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the Sales team in executing sales operations efficiently and on time.
    • Maintain effective communication with other departments.
    • Generate standard reports (weekly, monthly, sales report) and ad-hoc reports as required by the team.
    • Verify accurate setup of commission plans on affiliate platforms.
    • Prepare visual materials and presentations for client meetings.
    • Manage contracts and invoices for confirmed agreements with clients.
    • Request necessary codes, offers, and images from clients.
    • Attend trade events and networking sessions when necessary.

    Requirements:

    • Fluent Italian and English skills; proficiency will be assessed during the interview process.
    • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related technical field.
    • Possess a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
    • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively.

    Nice to Have:

    • Familiarity with affiliate marketing, preferably in Coupons, Shopping & Promo Code sectors, or as a Publisher within the affiliate industry.
