    The Expand Account Executive is a core member of our Italian enterprise sales team, responsible for driving growth within existing strategic accounts. This role focuses on expanding the adoption of Celonis solutions in the Public Sector and Financial Services (FSI) verticals. The Expand AE works closely with Value Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and other cross‑functional teams to uncover new opportunities, increase account value, and deepen customer relationships.

Sarai un consulente di fiducia, guidando i conti verso nuove capacità e una più ampia adozione, contribuendo al successo a lungo termine del cliente.

    Responsabilità Chiave

    • Identificare, sviluppare e realizzare opportunità di espansione all'interno dei conti assegnati nei settori Public Sector e FSI.
    • Costruire e nutrire relazioni su più livelli all'interno delle organizzazioni clienti, includendo stakeholder esecutivi.
    • Comprendere gli obiettivi commerciali e le sfide operative dei clienti e articolare come le soluzioni Celonis possono fornire impatti misurabili.
    • Guidare le attività di espansione del conto, inclusi upsell, cross‑sell e rinnovi.
    • Collaborare con Value Engineers e Customer Success Managers per progettare soluzioni personalizzate, dimostrazioni e presentazioni.
    • Collaborare con studi di consulenza, partner SaaS e altri attori dell'ecosistema per identificare ed eseguire opportunità di espansione congiunte.
    • Mantenere piani conti accurati, previsioni e registri CRM per garantire visibilità e allineamento tra le funzioni di vendita.

    Qualifiche

    • Successo comprovato nell'espansione di conti SaaS enterprise esistenti, con evidenti risultati di crescita dei ricavi.
    • Capacità forte di navigare cicli di vendita complessi con più stakeholder.
    • Track record di vendita di soluzioni software enterprise a dirigenti C‑level.
    • Esperienza nella collaborazione con partner di consulenza o altri fornitori di soluzioni enterprise.
    • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione in inglese e italiano.
    • Profonda comprensione dei mercati Public Sector e Financial Services (FSI).
