Your tasks:

Sales Operations

  • You will be developing the existing agents and new business opportunities in line with a direct distribution strategy in close coordination with the CEO, Head of Sales and the team
  • You will develop sales through independent agents' locations
  • You shall ensure excellent operations and evolve the digital distribution for smart products while being able to implement new business models
  • You will secure selective distribution requirements (agent standards) are fulfilled with all agents at any time
  • You will ensure all agents' staff receive the latest information, documentation, material and training through own coaching and/or other company training support.
  • You will provide sales and ordering forecasts based on area trend, planned campaigns and agents feedback to the local logistic team & Head of Sales
  • You will propose and initiate local marketing activities in alignment with individual sales targets, achievement gaps and specific campaigns
Organizational Management

  • You shall secure that company sales longterm, shortterm goals and plans are implemented in the area to ensure a sustainable development of the organization
  • You will cooperate proactively with the local market team, Customer Engagement Center and smart Europe in order to optimize process and leverage the business as well as collaborate in local projects
Management Reporting

  • You will be preparing daily reporting and analysis (New Cars & Used Cars) by using smart's defined sales way of working and CRM tool according to best practices and guidelines
  • You will plan, commit and deliver the forecast for the area in alignment with the Head of Sales, CEO and the Sales Department of smart Europe be able to work on dedicated plan for agents using digital levers.
Representation & Communication


What you bring along:

Education

  • You have a university degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, Marketing or comparable; ideally with a specialization within sales, business management and/or account management
  • Professional Experience_
  • You have experience with automotive or any direct sales
  • You have experience in building reports/KPI in Excel
  • You can prove your ability to manage multiple dealers/agents at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Knowledge / Functional Expertise_
  • You are familiar with diverse business functions, such as: Sales, Marketing, Network, Aftersales
  • You have experience in sales and account management and working towards defined sales targets and KPIs
  • You have deep understanding of new retail, customer behaviour and expectations, and digital transformation
  • Key Competencies / Soft Skills_
  • You can demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including management
  • You have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • You have analytical and problemsolving skills
  • You have excellent communication and public speaking skills; Confident and effective negotiator able to consistently reach positive outcomes while building positive internal and external relationships
  • You are solution oriented attitude based on risk

  • You are able to be visionary and think strategically anticipate market developments, innovations as well as challenges, identify business opportunities
  • You are enthusiastic about new mobility concepts and electric only mobility.
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in local language; intermediate knowledge in English
  • You should have a driving License
