Our Work

About the Role

We are searching for a motivated and results-oriented Market Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to conduct in-depth market analysis and provide data-driven strategic recommendations. We require someone with a solid understanding of the sales industry and strong analytical aptitude, who can support 3dnextech in identifying new opportunities and improving sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, business opportunities, and customer behavior
2. Analyze sales and market data
3. Monitor competitors and develop comparative analyses to support strategic business decisions
4. Optimize product/service pricing and positioning strategies
5. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market research, sales forecasts, and analysis results
6. Support the definition of go-to-market strategies for new products or services
7. Stay up-to-date with market dynamics, regulatory changes, and industry trends

Ideal Background

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Statistics or related disciplines
• Prior experience of at least 2 years in market analysis, preferably in sales or commercial
• Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with interpretation of complex data
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, Power BI) and market research software
• Solid understanding of sales dynamics and business strategies
• Excellent communication skills to present data and analysis clearly and effectively
• Aptitude for problem-solving and teamwork
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
