    WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

    You will be working in the HQ Human Resources department responding directly to Group HR Director, reporting to the CEO.

    The team's responsibilities include the development, hiring, and training of all employees. It helps provide organizational structure and the ability to meet business needs by effectively managing the employee lifecycle


    WHAT YOU WILL DO
    You'll play a vital role in the development and execution of HR strategies to support organizational growth. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of the different HR functions, ranging from recruitment to employee relations. You're expected to contribute to driving HR operational excellence and to play an active role in organizational change initiatives. This role is fixed term opportunity to cover during maternity leave. Immediate hiring.

    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
    As a HR Generalist, after an initial training phase, you are expected to:


    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, interviews
    • Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
    • Review and update job descriptions
    • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems and audits for accuracy and compliance
    • Monitoring- reviewing and updating HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees to resolve grievances, provide counsel, and foster a positive workplace culture
    • Identify training needs and implement various learning and development programs
    • Help to implement the HR projects such as talent management, succession planning, organizational restructuring, referral programme, performance management, e-learning platforms
    • Support process implementation into the lived experiences of new hires, employees, managers, and leaders
    • Assists with internal communications to ensure alignment on messages
    • Support in managing labor relations and actively participates in HR budgeting
    • Create networking and project events/meetings with Universities, Associations, Exhibitions aligned with the Communication Business Units and the management focusing on the HR area
    • Support the developing of the long-term strategic HR plan

    WHO YOU ARE

    • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources (HR), Sociology, Business, Psychology or related field
    • Proven success working in an HR department, preferably with industrial products (B2B)
    • Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment
    • Good knowledge of written and spoken English language
    • Demonstrated skills to work results oriented and with the passion to win
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity
    • Ability to work as a part of an international team
    • Ability to work under deadline pressure
    • Comfortability speaking to both senior level managers and individual contributors, easily switching between high-level and feature/benefit conversations
    • Show ownership and initiative, and be an inclusive member of our HR team
    • IT knowledge
    • Strong MS Office skills (great command of Excel and Power Point)
    • Proficient communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from a diverse group of backgrounds
    • Phenomenal attention to details and have a process driven mentality
