About the Role

The Development & Transformation Advocate Intern will collaborate on a cross-transformation plan to build the best Bayer across chapters, functions, and nuclei.

This role focuses on nurturing growth and leading significant organizational change, ensuring contributions to improving current operations and driving significant change.

Main Responsibilities

• Agile project management: supporting project activity plans and setting up recurring meetings in agile environments
• Creating PowerPoint presentations, communication materials, Excel analyses, and dashboards
• Encouraging operational activities for training and development across the organization
• Driving growth and leading significant organizational change

Who You Are

• Master's degree in Economics, Management engineering, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good attitude to act and learn fast, passion for digital innovation, and problem-solving
• Advanced knowledge of MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint), planning tools (Outlook, Teams), and flexibility to learn new digital tools
• Fluent English language skills (both written and spoken) and Italian as a native language
