    Job Title: IT Business Analyst

    We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team at Jr. Italy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the innovative business and functional requirements lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead workshop sessions with customers to capture requirements and effectively document them.
    • Act as a liaison between multiple projects, ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone in the project team.
    • Deliver elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, prototype, or other detailed deliverables.
    • Work closely with various departments to design solutions that meet project constraints.

    Core Competencies:

    • Demonstrated outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to conduct software demonstrations and maintain communication at the business and functional level.
    • Self-starter with leadership skills to facilitate requirement-gathering sessions.
    • Quick learner on new products, systems, applications, and technologies.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in preparing functional requirements, working with use cases, business process modeling, and preparing use-case or sequence diagrams.
    • Knowledge of the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
    • Proficient in English, both in written and verbal communication.
