3M is establishing two industry-leading companies, creating value through the spin-off of its Health Care business, while 3M will continue to be a global material science leader, focusing our innovation to win in favorable global megatrends and attractive end markets.

This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:

This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.

The Impact You'll Make in this Role


As a Custom Smiles Activation Marketer(M/F/x) for the New Health Care Company, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.


Here, you will make an impact by:
- _ Support the launch of EMEA custom smile portfolio within different channels_
- _ Initiating and activating programs, campaigns and new product launches ensuring regulatory and legal alignment according to local laws, business guidance and strategic needs_
- _ Generate demand in an omnichannel approach, identifying opportunities and needs to leverage local key platforms for executing end-user communications_
- _ Managing Orthodontic market portfolio, price list maintenance, PIPO, promotions planning execution and tracking, tenders_
- _ Influencing EMEA and Global teams providing insights of local market, product performances, competitive intelligence and trends_
- _ Supporting sales and clinical team, the demand planning process and the coordination with compliance, regulatory and legal functions._
- _ Willing to collaborate internally with the local/area functions and in an international environment, externally with agencies, and customers._

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Previous experience in B2B Marketing/Trade marketing/portfolio roles, preferably Orthodontists/ Oral Care market background and understanding preferably working in the Digital workflow
  • Strong experience with new product launches
  • Innovative, very strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability
  • Initiative personality, ability to work remote and independent to create and manage marketing execution
  • Excellent collaboration, coordination, and communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
