We are seeking our new colleague who will support our
Corporate Solutions Underwriting units in their daily business tasks. The offered role is mainly focused on the
Marine line of business.

About the Role:


Core responsibilities:


  • Review, check and collect insurance and legal documentation and reflect corresponding terms and conditions into systems
  • Work closely with underwriters, experts and other departments to handle tasks on time with high quality
  • Make sure the
    data entered have supporting documentation attached and
    risk information are uptodate

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Regularly monitor the contracts which will be due/ are due for processing and followup on outstanding documents
  • Compile, sort, review and verify data accuracy using source documents, detect errors, and initiate corrections
  • Perform assigned rulebased tasks following standard operating procedures

About You:


Essentials:


  • Bachelor's Degree/Master's degree in economic/law or relevant field
  • Proficient in Italian and English (reading, written and verbal)
  • Knowledge and understanding of Insurance business
  • Profound digital literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Package

Nice to haves:


  • Basic Marine Insurance knowledge any additional other line of business experience is very welcome
  • Experience with digital insurance offerings
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people multicultural environment
