We are looking for a
Meisterbock (advanced metrological room) Technical Reference to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the
Head of QA MB, BIW and Paintshop.

You will have the responsibility to ensure physical part assembly on supporting frame (named: Meisterbock), Cubings, jigs or in free conditions.

You will be responsible of the analyses of parts, draws and technical data on Meisterbock or Cubings starting in pre-series face.

You will perform virtual analysis in order to highlight deviations between targets/ standards and measured components. You will act as facilitator with other organizational units in order to solve problems and to enhance quality standards. You will provide support to production after the SOP for supply problems by interacting directly with suppliers where necessary.

Ensuring physical part assembly on supporting frame (Meisterbock), Cubings, jigs or in free conditions
Analysis of parts, draws and technical data on Meisterbock or Cubings
Performing virtual analysis in order to highlight deviations between targets/ standards and measured components (by using additional tools where needed, for example CATIA, 3D machine, laser measurements, feeler gauge, micrometer...);
Acting as facilitator with other organizational units in order to solve problems and to enhance quality standards (e

g:
indications for development to R&D, support to Parts quality area, support to Technology/ Production for assembly issues...)

Taking part in "early phase" approaches
Supporting to production after the SOP for supply problems by interacting directly with suppliers where necessary
Taking care about the processes inside the team

About you

Technical mechanical degree or University degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive markets
Experience in Quality (Laboratory or similar role), Production (metrologic laboratory), Pre series centers, R&D trim development
Knowledge of 3D measurement technique
Knowledge of Power Point, Excel, Outlook
Knowledge of software and programs for measurements
Basic Knowledge of CATIA V
Fluent English and Italian, German will be considered as a plus
Team working
Analytical skills
Good communication skills
Selfconfident and able to facilitate discussions
