Online Marketing Intern

We are currently looking for a strongly motivated graduate or young professional to join our all-star, international and growing team based in Milano.

The Online Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team and work on cross-brand projects.

What you'll do:

Prepare and fill in the desk with marketing strategy proposals for the brand partners
Support in the management of organic social channels for the brands: support in the creation of the editorial plan, daily posting, community management and reporting
Prepare reports on digital marketing campaigns' progress
Support in the analysis of traffic and business trends and propose optimizations
Support the monitoring of the competition on the main marketing channels (Paid Social, Search, Affiliation, Display, etc) and on official ecommerce websites
Support on developing ad hoc analysis for the Top Management and other stakeholders

What we're looking for:

Academic Background in Marketing / Communication / Management or similar degrees
Passionate about digital marketing / ecommerce
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
Fluency in Italian and English is a must
Experience (even if only academic) of retail, fashion and luxury
Previous experience in a similar role could be a big plus in the selection process
Proactive and cando attitude
