    The European University Institute (EUI) is seeking an experienced Psychologist to provide psychological support and services to the EUI community. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing the diverse linguistic and cultural needs of EUI members, with a focus on promoting mental wellbeing and health.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Providing evidence-based psychological support and counselling services to EUI members.
    • Acting as a subject matter expert in psychological counselling, including crisis intervention.
    • Collecting and analysing mental health information, monitoring issues of mental health within EUI, and comparing data with other Higher Education settings.
    • Representing the Psychological Support and Wellbeing Service (PSWS) team internally and externally.

    Requirements:

    • University degree in Psychology and post-graduate training in psychological support.
    • EU-license to practice as a psychologist.
    • Proven experience of at least five years in providing evidence-based psychological support.
    • Excellent knowledge of English (CEFR level: C1 or above).
