    Job descriptionWe are looking for a development-oriented Supervisor at ACC, to drive our module assembly line in the future gigafactory located in Termoli industrial area.

    The line is made of an automatized process, similar to an automotive assembly department, made of several processes including welding, bending, glueing and assembly and on/off line quality checking.

    The work is in 3 shift, Saturday and Sunday too.

    Main missionsTo lead your production team(20-30 units) focusing your attention to quality, safety, quality, environmental aspects, and productivity, identifying in every shift the main priorities, collaborating with the multifunctional team and leading it in every shift to minimize and solve issues.

    To collaborate with the supervisors of the other units working in the same shift, to achieve the best shift plant results.

    To drive machine cleaning\changeover\restart phases according to what stated in the production schedule.

    To collaborate with the supervisors of the same unit, working in the other 2 shifts, giving information and cooperating to achieve the best daily unit results in terms of satisfaction of the production schedule and service level towards the warehouse and the best cost/module according to our target.

    To make sure the quality control plan is properly executed and report each deviation related to it.

    To identify the training needs in order to continuously develop the skills of the production team and increase the skill matrix level of all the unit workers and reduce the cost of lack of training(scraps, breakdown, accidents).To feed during the shift, the internal system of data acquisition required for the unit, looking immediately at the related KPIs, to escalate to the Shift Manager and collaborate with the Department's line manager to suggest solutions to improve continuously the performance of the unit.

    In addition to this, you have an opportunity to participate in acceptance process of all the equipment during the installation and commissioning phases, according to our industrialization Technical Specifications.

    Experience

    • more than 3 years of experience in automotive assembly industryadvanced knowledge on Laser Welding, Paint Shop or Robotics in the automotive assembly industry
    • advanced knowledge on Laser Welding (paint shops ) in the automotive assembly industry
    • strong experience in leading assembly lines in automotive industry, managing production teams, quality teams involved in routine tests on manufacturing process, quality screening and final quality check before delivery.
    • experience in Ramp-up and further development of automation process and on new product lunch in automotive industry
    • Several years of working experience in shift
    • good knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO\TS 16949 quality system managing
    • basic knowledge on mechanical and dimensional testing
    • basic knowledge on electrical testing
    • basic knowledge on Lean production and continuous improvement tools and methodsKey behaviors
    • strong leadership skills

    • standard enthusiast and respectful of the rules
