We are looking for an
Infrastructure Planner to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the
Head of Technical Services.

You will be responsible to respond to Company needs in terms of infrastructure set up/modification (e.g. building, offices, power plant, underground services etc.) by steering dedicated projects/activities. Responsible for infrastructure projects from the beginning till the handover to the Stakeholders

Infrastructure projects management
Document preparation for investments approval (internal and VW group committee)
External designer/companies coordination and steering (e.g. documents checking, technical rating, etc.)
Monitoring activities in construction sites ( on the field, checking timing and quality)
Project status reports : contractual and operative timing validation, delivery dates, costs evaluation and forecast, project milestones tracking ;
Ensuring laws and regulations respect about fire prevention, safety and security, noise, ergonomic, earthquake etc.;
Ensuring cross functional coordination of units involved into the projects (e.g. Safety & Environment dept., Security & General Services dept., procurement dept., finance dept.);
Middle long terms investment preparation, in order to ensure the best infrastructure solution on future development needs;
