Job summary
We are looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Experimental Roma in Rome.The ideal candidate will have an excellent professional appearance, strong service skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.
They will be responsible for covering reception shifts independently in the absence of the Front Office Manager,
Ensuring a smooth and high-quality guest experience,
Leading and motivating the reception team,
Covering reception shifts (check-in/check-out)
