About the Role
We are hiring a CRM Marketing Specialist to support large-scale fan engagement campaigns across email, SMS, push, and other outbound channels.
This role will manage the full CRM lifecycle from campaign strategy and segmentation to execution, testing, and performance optimization.Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels.
Develop audience segmentation strategies using fan data and behavioral insights.
Manage campaign lifecycle from request intake to deployment.
Build and QA campaigns, including personalization and dynamic content elements.
Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to improve engagement and conversion.
Optimize lifecycle journeys (onboarding, retention, reactivation) to increase fan lifetime value.
Analyze campaign performance and extract actionable insights for optimization.
Collaborate with Data, Analytics, MarTech, Product Marketing, and external partners.
Work with marketing automation tools to scale campaigns efficiently.
Support continuous improvement of templates, processes, and reporting frameworks.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Adobe Campaign, AEP, AJO, Marketo, SFMC, Epsilon, etc.).
Experience building and deploying automated marketing journeys.
Strong understanding of KPIs, A/B testing, and campaign performance metrics.
Working knowledge of HTML for editing email templates.
Experience with personalization and dynamic content tools.
Proficiency in Photoshop or similar creative tools.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
