Must be able to thrive in a hypothesis-based environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English, in addition to a strong presence, team spirit and leadership skills A combination of strategic and "hands on" delivery experience Curiosity, creativity and ability to propose innovative ideas Self-driven, independent and autonomous judgment Behavior aligned with the highest ethical standards Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel
