About the role
This position is for a Service Technical Spare Parts who is under direct supervision of Spare Parts Technical Manager.

Uses standard procedures to respond to basic customer inquiries related to installation, modification, upgrade, maintenance and repair of the company products or equipment purchased.

Facilitates technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives. Applies basic skills in the execution of existing procedures.

Requirements:

We are looking for people who are organized and motivated. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite;
Good knowledge of Excel (pivot, ect) and good analytical skills
Fluent Italian written and spoken
Good English written and spoken
Technical high school diploma
Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

Working knowledge of Adobe Suite preferred
Working knowledge of SAP preferred
Ability to work independently and proactively
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proven strong team collaboration skills by effectively working with sales engineers, sales managers, and internal customers / subisidiaries / oem
Good problemsolving skills
Collaborating and working across multiple teams

Responsibilities
As a Service Technical Spare Parts you'll be responsible for:

Works under direct supervision to provide product and technical support.
Uses standard procedures to respond to basic customer inquiries related to installation, modification, upgrade, maintenance and repair of the company products or equipment purchased.
Facilitates technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives.
Distributes technical documentation to improve the level of onsite maintenance and timely processing of product fault.
Develop and manage spare parts catalogue for whole countries
