Operations Manager.

Posizione:

Scope of the role**:
Drive the full Company into Group Organization integration process, focusing on the achievement of the objectives set by the Headquarter Main responsibility:

Integration Process
Guarantee Plant Profit & Loss targets achievement
Costs reduction plans development
Grant Performance Targets achievement
Logistic Cost & Working Capital Management
Full EHS Plant responsibility
Guarantee Quality targets achievement
Implement a Continuous Improvement mindset throught out the full Organization
Drive Plant yearly Budgeting process & definition according to the targets defined by the HQ

Requisiti:

Main Skills:

Consolidated experience in the role of Operations manager for industrial groups
Degree in Engineering
Fluent in English
Sap System
Plastic Moulding
