Responsible for the organisation and leading of the Country SteerCo meeting

• Own and develop the required reporting products and ensure project status is clear and transparent. Briefing of the Programme Manager and key stakeholders should be consistent with these reports
• Work with the Country Leads, Country HR and Project team to set up and obtain signoff on the baseline
• FTE / Benefit Timing / and associated Cost
• Collaborate on the tracking of People impacts, process and required actions with the relevant People Lead and local HR
• Work with the Country and Operations Lead, Finance Lead and HR on the benefits in scope and tracking manage and report any variance to the agreed Business Case
• Work with the programme and project team to obtain benefit signoff from Country Lead

Business Case

• Quantify costs and benefits of solutions and contribute to the creation of business cases
• Contribute to the development of the project business case providing necessary detail on the existing operations, the benefit of any changes and the costs to be incurred to implement change
• During delivery, advise if design or solution impacts the agreed project scope and produce a change request as required in support of any required change
