Team Overview and Job responsibilities

The NWC BU Quality Manager will be responsible for the following activities:

Lead the quality assurance function for the region/zone so that all of the organization's raw materials, in-process products, and finished products conform to technical specifications, perform reliably, meet internal and external quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations, licenses, and certifications.
Guarantee regular updating and alignment of local rules to PQMS guidelines within the regional / country.
Carry out regular auditing on the Region / Country.
Coordinate and verify all other quality related activities within the Region / country: act as direct interface of Group Quality Director assuring transfer and implementation of relevant inputs, guarantee a proper management of customer related activities, pursue the continuous improvement of products and process line with customer expectations
Perform regular audit on key suppliers in order to meet quality requirements

Who are we looking for?

Minimum Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

Engineering degree
Fluent in english

Minimum Experience:

5/10 years in quality/R&D
Previous experience in similar industry
