Somos Würth Phoenix e estamos buscando un Monitoring Engineer para nuestro equipo dedicado al monitoreo de NetEye.
+Responsabilidades:
- setup e gestione automatizzata del monitoraggio NetEye
- monitorare la disponibilità dei servizi gestiti tramite NetEye
- diagnosticare, documentare ed escalare gli incident in ambito infrastrutturale ed applicativo, contribuendo alla loro risoluzione
- supporto specialistico e altamente qualificato dei clienti cloud e on-prem
- garantire la disponibilità dei servizi secondo gli SLA definiti collaborare con il team IT Ops per la gestione dei change
