Monks, is looking for a
Junior Office Manager to assist our expanding Italian team in Milan.


Working with a fantastic team, this role is pivotal to the success of the Italian office and gives you insight into all areas of the creative industry.


Your role at Media.
Monks Milan


  • Managing daytoday office, vibe, and administrative needs of the Milan office
  • Coordinating office supplies and deliveries
  • Maintaining office equipment, IT systems, building access
  • Coordinating and assisting with business travel for the Italian team
  • Managing and reporting expenses for facilities and office operations
  • Supporting on employees' expenses claims in strong collaboration with the Finance and HR function
  • Supporting on employees' benefits management in collaboration with the HR function
  • Running ad hoc errands and establishing and managing offsite vendor relationships including contractors and catering
  • Participate in Health and Safety programs (i.e. Fire and evacuation trainings, mandatory checkups, etc.)
  • Assisting with onboarding i.e.
- ensuring new hires are equipped with new laptops, phones, accessories, monitors, as well as enabling access to company platforms i.e. Slack, Gmail and Microsoft Office

  • Conducting office tours for new hires
  • Managing and distributing company merchandise to current and new hires
  • Setting up employees onto our corporate mobile phone plan
  • Assisting with offboarding i.e.
  • Ensuring all equipment and swipe/building passes are returned on last day
  • Erasing and reinstalling Mac software onto previously owned laptops (or sending these instructions to the appropriate office coordinator to complete)

This opportunity is for you if you have

  • 1+ year of professional work experience in the same or a similar role
  • High level of attention to details and organizational skills
  • Exceptional ability to learn, adapt, discover and test new ideas
  • Ambition and proactivity, selfstarter approach
  • Willingness to receive and give feedback, seeking ways to develop when time allows
  • Availability to be in the office (Tortona District) 5 days per week
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in Italian
