    Job Description


    General legal support with a focus on company housekeeping of Group companies, contract management and legal operations.

    Responsibilities


    Individual Accountabilities

    • Maintain, update, and organize the central legal documentation repository (digital and physical).
    • Manage document filing, version control, naming conventions, and structured archiving.
    • Assist with preparing, formatting, and maintaining basic legal templates and standard documents.
    • Track key deadlines (signatures, expirations, filings) and ensure timely follow‑up.
    • Support the implementation and upkeep of digital legal tools (SharePoint, CLM, contract logs, trackers, etc.).
    • Support with basic accounting tasks.

    Shared Accountabilities

    • Assist with company housekeeping tasks for Group entities, including:
      • collecting and coordinating signatures,
      • updating corporate records,
      • supporting statutory filings,
      • maintaining corporate documentation.
    • Support legal operations activities, such as:
      • improving internal processes,
      • updating workflows,
      • assisting with automation and digitalization initiatives,
      • preparing simple reports or dashboards.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to provide administrative support on legal‑related processes.

    Key Interfaces

    • General Counsel and Legal Team
    • Purchasing, Sales, Business Operations
    • IT / Digitalization Teams

    Qualifications

    • 3–5 years of experience in an administrative, legal/executive assistant, corporate support, or similar role (law firm or corporate environment preferred).
    • Strong organizational and documentation-management skills; structured and detail‑oriented.
    • Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, electronic signature tools, CLM systems).
    • Fluent in English (minimum CEFR B2/C1).
    • Reliable team player with a proactive and service‑oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
