We are looking for an
Early phase planning & R&D Budget Management to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the
Head of R&D Strategy & Projects coordination
You will have the responsibility to manage the following activities:

project settings and cost optimization: able to estimate the total costs of a project taking in consideration labour cost, materials, equipment and time.
Yearly R&D budget and work force planning: able to estimate work force vs workload in order to complete the activities.
Value analysis: able to determinate whether the cost of a particular development is justified by the value it provides.
Risk analysis.
Performance management: able to track project performance with KPI's and report project progress.
Documentation: ensures updating project plans, schedules, reports.

About you

Bachelor or master degree in related field as Engineering and/or Business Administration
At least 4 years' experience in Automotive
Proficient MS Office
Planning and decision making
Fluent English and Italian, German will be considered as a plus
Being dynamic and flexible
Smartthinking
Good approach to interfunctional teamwork and good relational skills
