Group Financial Controller Dettagli sul cliente Leading European Asset Manager Descrizione As part of our Finance team, you'll be involved in the following activities:

Act as a key member of Finance Team reporting to CFO and working closely to the top management Responsible of planning, budgeting and reporting process with the aim to lead the Management Control Model implementation Advise and influence the internal and external stakeholders in making business decisions and develop actions to reach targets for margins and expenses Monitor, track, and predict key financial trends that drive value creation for the business and support decision making Cash Flow Planning and Management Providing regular updates on the status of projects to key stakeholders, including executives and project team members Developing and monitoring the project's progress to ensure that it is progressing according to schedule and budget, while identifying possible problems that may occur Lead financial analysis including partnering in contract negotiations with internal and external third parties Assisting in setting financial targets and budget development Actively drive communications and interactions with the respective teams, Administration, HR and otherCorporate teams to communicate business priorities and facilitate delivery of service levels to the business Seek out methods and practices to minimize financial risks Other ad hoc duties as required Profilo del Candidato Skills & Experience Required Degree in a Finance or Business discipline (and/or MBA) with a proven track record of supporting organics business growth in an environment of change 7-10 years of experience in General Accounting and/or Financial Controlling & Reporting and/or in a multinational and/or Asset Manager Prior experience in several asset classes (Private Equity, Public Equity, etc.) will be considered a plus Excellent influencing and communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the firm Strong planning, analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to effectively translate financial metrics to business strategy Highly level of adaptability with the ability to move between operational and strategic activities Confident in handling ambiguity, complexity, conflicting priorities and deliver consistently under pressure High level of integrity, honesty, and responsibility Fluent in English offerta di lavoro Ottima opportunit di carriera.
