- Properly respond to the customer complaints.
- Conduct technical analysis of field returns.
- Drive Continuous improvement within the process.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in electrical engineering or related field (Master's Degree preferred)
- Experienced in engineering, quality, or customer service.
- Knowledge of light sources, electronics circuit and its application will be advantages
