Job Description Job Summary**:


Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions (WTS) is seeking an experienced and driven Engineering Service Sales Professional to contribute to the growth and development of our Service business in Italy.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and delivering tailored service solutions to meet their needs.

You

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand Veolia WTS's Service business in the Italian market, focusing on new customer acquisition and crossselling opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored service solutions that highlight Veolia's value proposition and sustainable practices (Customer Focus, Innovation).
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of service offerings and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (Solidarity).
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Italian water and wastewater treatment market, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position Veolia WTS as a leading service provider (Innovation).
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the Service business (Responsibility).
  • Represent Veolia WTS at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting the company's service capabilities, sustainability initiatives, and strengthening its brand presence in the Italian market (Respect).
  • Collaborate closely with European Sales Service Domain Leader as Italy service growth strategy must be aligned and take benefits from Europeanwide practices and the other way around.
  • Leverage synergies within the wider Veolia group to offer comprehensive solutions and promote cross
- selling opportunities to customers (Solidarity, Customer Focus).

Qualifications Qualifications and Requirements**:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the water or environmental services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences (Respect).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic solutions (Innovation).
  • Proficient in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Italy.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional value to clients (Customer Focus).
  • Knowledge of the Italian water and wastewater treatment market, regulations, industry trends, and sustainability practices is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Veolia's broader service offerings and capabilities across the group (Solidarity).
