Posizione:
In order to Lead and grow the Tecnica Footwear business in the market we are searching for an Outdoor Sales Manager Italia to manage these activities:
- Account Management (75% of time)
Organise and perform seasonal sell in meetings for SS and FW, monitor seasonal sell out results and optimize in-season business opportunities thru replenishment.
Ensure accounts carry assortment addressing the account's shopper profile and support the desired brand positioning.- Business Planning
In close cooperation with the Global Commercial Manager plan the FTW business in the market over strategic (3 years), annual and seasonal periods and across various order types (pre-order, replenishment and close out).
- Lead FTW business resources the market
Directly lead all FTW dedicated resources (Sales reps, agents and sell through) in the market and support Alpine Sales Manager for all shared resources through the provision of targets, performance management and appraisal.
- Internal Collaboration
Closely align all commercial activities with the Tecnica parent brand sales organisation in the market to ensure consistent GTM practices.
- Process and system management
Requisiti:
Business Planning:
Data and consumer insight driven market and account planning.
Selling:
Manage and grow account relationships and demonstrate "winning" sales attitude.
Communication:
"Wining" communication style, clear and persuasive.
Presentation Skills:
Clear articulation and visualization to external and internal stakeholders
Relationship Building:
Ability to establish trustful, supportive relationships with high "say - do" ratio
Altre informazioni:
- 2 3 years in sales for durable consumer goods (ideally sport)
- English
- Master or bachelor degree in business or related field
- Practices the sport
