What You'll Do Our Consulting Managers play a central role in strategy development for our client's critical priorities. You'll manage your own workstreams, mentor junior staff, and apply your understanding of client's engagement objectives within market and industry context to shape engagement deliverables. You'll also get the chance to start taking more responsibility of larger or more complex workstreams with oversight. You'll seen by client as "go-to person" on one or more topics, and work to ensure mutual understanding of engagement approach, timeline and day-to-day activities. You'll get the opportunity to play a part in identifying new ways to help clients, while also actively contributing to Industry/Practice consulting communities What You'll Need
    • Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery capacity
    • Understanding in at least one core domain as for example: Application Architecture and Roadmap, Digital Transformation, Agile/DevOps, Cloud solution, SAP, ERP etc.
    • Experience working with one or more IT solutions
    • An unwavering commitment to the success of your team, and willingness to provide and receive constructive/ corrective action when needed
    • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to assist in the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems
    • An ability to be hands-on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
    • MBA or other advanced degree preferred
    Consulting Experience:
    • Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery capacity.
    • Prior experience in a problem-solving capacity such as a solution/technical architect or analyst preferred
    • A consistent track record of leading people and building high-performing teams that leverage technology to drive the mission-critical priorities of commercial or government entities
    • An ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds towards a common goal
    • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems. Must adapt Gartner frameworks and methodologies to strike at the heart of a client's most pressing business challenges
    • An ability to be hands-on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
    • Excellence in written and verbal communication
    • Expertise with strategic consulting frameworks
    • Building rapid proto-types for presentations / sales proposals
    • Excellent people skills and customer relationship track record;
    • Experience in developing client business relationships as part of a commercial organisation;

Associates seek to understand and surface client's business priorities, breakdown challenges, and identify the most effective ways to support the client in making the right decisions for their business. They are responsible for onboarding clients, proving the concept of Gartner services, and stimulating client engagement of products that are used by large client teams. What you will do:
    • Build, develop and manage relationships with a variety of clients ranging from senior C-levels to more junior client professions across various business functions ensuring they are successful in the utilization of their Gartner subscription, resulting in customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
    • Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision makers
    • Facilitate client calls, understand client priorities, and recommend a program of action that drives high value and return of investment on their Gartner membership
    • Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients
    • Conduct regular reviews of client book of business looking into performance and key client engagement metrics
    What you will need:
    • 3+ years relevant professional and/or internship experience
    • Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
    • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
